This green Sunny rower is a standout with its dual resistance system. The water flywheel provides a smooth, natural feel, while the magnetic adds variability. I enjoy the 7 programs—the Fitness Test is a fun challenge. The LCD display is easy to read, and the included heart rate monitor is a bonus, though not as accurate as a chest strap. At 76.7 lbs, it's stable during use. My main gripe is the 300 lb weight limit, which rules out heavier users. Also, the steel frame is solid, but the seat could be more padded for longer sessions. For the price, it's a well-rounded machine for home fitness.
